Originally from Mahopac, New York, Dr. John Bevilacqua came to Schoolhouse Pediatrics in 1995. A board-certified pediatrician, Dr. Bevilacqua is a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics. He completed his undergraduate studies at Albright College and attended New York College of Osteopathic Medicine where he received his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree. Dr. Bevilacqua then completed his residency at Albany Medical Center.
“Dr. Bev” has been married since 1989, has two children and currently resides with their dog in Slingerlands, NY. He enjoys many hobbies and activities including snow and water skiing, golf, hunting, fishing, scuba diving and hiking.
